Shondhi — Child Safety Standards (CSAE)

App/Developer: Shondhi (Artics Inc.) · Version: v1.0 Region: Global Last updated:

1) Overview & Scope

Shondhi is a social/dating application for adults. We are firmly committed to protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) across our platform and services. These standards are public, globally accessible, and apply to all users, content, and features in Shondhi, including any associated websites, apps, and services operated by Artics Inc.

These standards are required under Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy for Social & Dating apps and complement our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Privacy Policy.

2) Zero-Tolerance Policy

We strictly prohibit the creation, upload, possession, distribution, solicitation, or receipt of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), and any behavior that facilitates or constitutes Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or sexualization of minors. Violations may result in immediate account termination, permanent bans, content removal, and reports to appropriate authorities.

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement right away. In the U.S., reports of CSAM can be filed at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline: report.cybertip.org.

3) Prohibited Content & Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Shondhi:

We also prohibit apps or features appealing to children that depict adult sexual themes, excessive violence, or harmful/dangerous activities.

4) Reporting & In-App Feedback

Users can report concerns without leaving the app via:

  1. In-App Report buttons on profiles, messages, photos, and posts (tap Report → choose Child Safety).
  2. In-App Help & SupportReport a Safety IssueChild Safety.

Outside the app, you can also reach us at dev@artics.io.

Please include links, usernames, dates/times, and screenshots where possible. We accept anonymous reports; however, contact details can help our team follow up and keep you informed.

5) Our Actions When Notified

When we obtain actual knowledge of suspected CSAM or CSAE, we take appropriate actions, which may include:

6) Legal Compliance & Reporting to NCMEC/Authorities

Shondhi complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate. In the United States, confirmed CSAM will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). Outside the U.S., we will report to the appropriate national authority where required or appropriate.

We maintain internal processes and escalation runbooks for intake, triage, preservation, reporting, and law-enforcement cooperation.

7) Moderation, Age Gating & Prevention

Age Requirements

  • Shondhi is for adults only. Users must be 18+ to create an account.
  • Accounts suspected of age misrepresentation may be suspended pending verification.

Safety Controls

  • Proactive detection signals and keyword/image classification to flag potential CSAE.
  • Rate-limits and anti-evade measures for banned users (e.g., device, network, and pattern checks).

Human Review

8) Third-Party & Vendor Obligations

Vendors and service providers with potential access to user content must uphold standards at least as strict as these requirements, including immediate removal of CSAM, evidence preservation, and legally required reporting.

9) Evidence Handling & Data Retention

We retain only the minimum data necessary to comply with laws, investigate abuse, and protect users. Confirmed CSAM is never returned to users and is handled exclusively for lawful reporting and investigative purposes.
